Together with managers and team leaders, we mapped spaces, tasks and workflows. Ease of use, multilingual instructions and employee support were central to the project.
01 · A central foundation
Bringing building data together.
We centralised the building data and turned it into a clear structure for digital planning and quality control in Facility App.
02 · Testing on campus
A pilot in everyday operations.
We started a pilot on the VUB campus to test the approach in practice. This allows the wider rollout to take shape around real work.
03 · Reaching people
Connecting internal operations and communication.
We also developed a digital HR web tool and a refreshed bilingual website. This connected internal operations with communication to employees and candidates.
Where the project stands today
A foundation for further rollout.
The result: an active pilot, a central data foundation and practical digital tools for further rollout.
